Family Questions and Answers
HOW TO ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN SCHOOL:
1. If your child has never attended a Virginia Public School you will need to present the child's birth certificate (for verification purposes only) along with a physical/immunization form completed and signed by a physician. The form should include up-to-date immunizations.
2. If your child currently attends a school within the state of Virginia the above requirements should be obtainable from previous school.
3. Proof of residence is also required.
